Secrecy Bill
JASA has written to the Chairperson of the NCOP again urging him to ensure that public hearings are held next year in all the Provinces and in Cape Town. Failure to do so will be a breach of sections 72 and 118 of the Constitution and result in an application to strike the Bill down as in John Smyth's successful Doctors for Life case.
